Do I need an appointment to talk to one of your sales associates?
While we don't require appointments to speak to a member of our sales team or view our inventory yard, it is recommended to make an appointment so we can assure time is set aside specifically for you.
What kind of stone do you install?

We install granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, and soapstone. Not sure what type of stone is right for your project? Check out our page on Natural vs. Engineered Stone to help make your decision easier.
What if you don't have the exact color stone that I want at your showroom?
While we do have one of the largest on-site stone yards with various color options, customers are not limited to the options we have on hand. We work with several stone supplier's in the area to provide customers with endless options. Check out our Stone Supplier List and visit their warehouse to view their current inventory!
What type of warranty do you offer?
IWS Granite & Marble offers a 1 year installation warranty on all install jobs. Each stone supplier may also offer their own manufacturing warranty. It is up to the customer to register their stone warranty if applicable. Check out our Supplier Warranty list and see what warranty each supplier offers.
What should I use to clean my new stone countertops?
For daily cleaning, it is recommended to use a pH-neutral cleaner or mild dishwashing liquid. For more detailed information, check out our Stone Care & Maintenance page.
Do you offer sinks? Can I use to my own supplied sink?
We offer a selection of stainless steel kitchen and porcelain vanity undermounted sinks for purchase. Check with our sales team for our in stock sink options. Customers are also welcome to provide their own sink, though we do require the sink be on site at time of template.
What do I need to have at the time of template?
For your template, all cabinets must be in place, secured to the floor/wall, and leveled. Any existing countertops must be completely cleared off. Also, customer supplied sinks should be on site for assessment. Read our Guidelines for Template & Install for more information.
How do I need to prepare for the installation of my new countertops?
For installation, all plumbing and major appliances must be disconnected. Existing countertops must also be removed unless IWS Granite & Marble is contracted to remove them. Read our Guidelines for Template & Install for all preparations required for your install appointment.
